SIM Booking / Buy-In Payments
SIM reservation and Money Game buy-in are paid separately. Schedule your round using the Book Now link below. Choose 'Golfstix 50/50 Monthly Money Game' at checkout. Buy-In must be paid via Venmo and confirmed before player(s) start their round. Buy-In payment details will be provided after SIM reservation is booked.
Payouts
Cash payouts are paid per team, at the conclusion of the month.
Handicaps
A registered GHIN (Golf Handicap Index Number) is required. Golfstix Studio staff will verify player handicaps through the GHIN app prior to play. No Trackman handicaps will be used for Money Games.
Courses
Tournament Courses will be updated monthly.
Tournament Tees
All games are played from back tees.
Leaderboard
A real-time Leaderboard is viewable once registered.
What is a Better Ball Tournament?
In a better ball tournament, each team consists of 2 players. Both players on the team play their own ball on all holes. The lowest score, or the better ball, among the two on each hole is the team score for the hole.
What is Stroke (Net) scoring?
The Stroke (Net) score is determined by subtracting the player's playing handicap from the stroke score (gross score - additional handicap strokes).
How does putting work?
Players putt with 8 foot gimmie setting enabled. Players will be automatically aimed with optimal line displayed.
Need to call in a rules official?
Were you assessed a stroke for accidentally tapping your ball in the hitting area? Unfortunately the mulligan setting is disabled during Money Game play and players cannot replay a shot, not even with the assistance of Golfstix staff. Be careful returning the ball to the hitting area to prevent scoring disputes.
How many times can I play?
Teams can only play in the Tournament once per month. Feel free to practice the course ahead of time and post your best round during Tournament play.
